We all collect things.  No you say? YES, I say.  Everyone collects something.  We all hold onto what is near and dear to our hearts in hopes of staying connected to a person, place or thing that brought us some type of happiness so we can relive that happy time.

  1. SO TRUE!! I AM AFRAID, THAT I HAVE GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE I HAVE HAD TO WATCH MY COLLECTING….ONLY SO MUCH ROOM…

    BEING SURROUNDED WITH BEAUTIFUL THINGS OR THOSE THAT HAVE A GOOD MEMORY ATTACHED, MAKES US FEEL BEAUTIFUL OURSELVES.

    BY-THE-BY……IS THAT TEA SET NIPPON? OR FROM GERMANY? I HAVE A SIMILIAR (NOT THE EXACT SAME) CREAMER.

  2. No not Nippon, it is actually a beautiful hand painted porcelain set of china c. 1910+ that caused me to purchase an entire estate so I could own the set of china. We use it for Thanksgiving every year. Maybe I’ll blog about that china. It has a good story.
